Here you can create a user account for the Wenla service. Read the registration instructions carefully!

Consumer/individual

You can register for the Wenla service as a consumer or as an individual, enabling you to:

• save favourites from services that interest you
• subscribe to the Wenla newsletter

User in a professional role

If you have a professional role (e.g. social and healthcare professional, researcher, developer, teacher, student), you can register for the Wenla service, and:

• save favourites from services that interest you
• subscribe to the Wenla newsletter
• announce upcoming events on the service

Health and welfare technology companies

If you are a representative of a health or welfare technology company and would like to add your company information and products/services to the Wenla directory, please select the option “As a technology company representative”.

The first user from your company to register for the Wenla service will become the administrator of your company profile and will be able to manage the roles of other users (the administrator role can be changed later). Other users from your company should register under the same “As a technology company representative” option.

After registration:

• Start by filling in your company’s basic information.
• Next, add information about your products/services.
• You can also announce upcoming events on the service.
• Company, product/service, and event information will be published in Wenla after approval by the service administrators.
• You can submit your organisation’s service or solution offering to the Digital Health Finland network (the form can be found under the My profile section).

Expert and consulting services companies

If you represent an expert and consulting services company, you can create a Wenla account to access the Digital Health Finland network form.

After registering, you can:

• submit your organization’s service or solution offering to the Digital Health Finland network
• update the information you have submitted through the form at any time

The form is available to logged-in company users under My Profile. The form is available in English.

How to register:

1. Select your user role: consumer/individual, professional user, health and welfare technology companies or expert and consulting services companies.
2. Fill in the form and click “Register”.
3. You will receive a verification link in the email address. Click the link to verify your account and log in.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

The Wenla service uses two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect user accounts. This means that, in addition to the password, a verification code from an authentication app downloaded to your phone is required to log in (e.g. Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator). Company users can only register with an email address containing their own domain name. Registration with public email addresses (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, DNAInternet) is not possible.
